How do I know you have received my order?
A: You will receive an instant, automated confirmation e-mail
indicating that your order has been received IF you entered your e-maill address accurately. Phone and fax orders can
also receive an
e-mail confirmation, if an e-mail address is provided.

Q:
When will I receive my order?
A: Most orders will be shipped and received within two to three weeks of order confirmation. Mailboxes and address plaques take
2-3 weeks January through April and 3-5 weeks May through December.
On average, MOST mailboxes and address plaques take 3-4 weeks. Standard
carriers include UPS, FedEx the US Postal Service or DHL.
Extra Large
or heavy items such as cupolas over 24" will be sent as freight on a Semi-Truck and you are responsible for getting the merchandise off the truck. The truck driver cannot help you.
APO/FPO and PO Boxes will all be sent via United States Postal Service.
Actual delivery times (see Domestic and Canadian shipping/delivery)
will vary based on method of shipment chosen and your geographic
location.
To keep prices las low as possible, Payment in full
is expected at time of order. This means your charge account will
be charged when you place the order, not necessarily when the order
ships.

Marvelous Mailboxes & MORE 5 Year Limited Prorated Warranty
What and who is covered for how long?
Marvelous Mailboxes warrants to the homeowner/consumer that its products will be free from manufacturing defects – including peeling and corroding - when subject to normal weathering* and proper use for a period of five years from the date of purchase. Should any defect occur during the specified period - Marvelous Mailboxes will repair or replace the defective product on
a prorated basis**. In no event shall Marvelous Mailboxes be responsible for labor charges or other expenses whatsoever in connection with removal or installation of either the original or replacement product.
Limitations:
Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, improper installation, impact of foreign objects, 2x4’s, base ball bats, snow plows, fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, hail, hurricane, tornado or other casualty or act of God; any other cause not involving manufacturing defects in the material supplied by Marvelous Mailboxes.
*Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight, evaporation, condensation and precipitation which will cause any surface to gradually fade, accumulate dirt or stain. The severity depends on the geographical location and whether the required maintenance is performed by the homeowner/consumer over which Marvelous Mailboxes has no control. If Marvelous Mailboxes replaces any material under this warranty, it may substitute products designated by Marvelous Mailboxes to be of comparable quality or price range in the event the product initially purchased has been discontinued or modified.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF AND REPLACES ALL OTHER ORAL OR WRITTEN WARRANTIES, LIABILITIES, OR OBLIGATIONS OF MARVELOUS MAILBOXES INC., EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MARVELOUS MAILBOXES INC. BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGE TO THE BUILDING, ITS CONTENTS OR ANY PERSON HEREIN, RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. MARVELOUS MAILBOXES INC. DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ITS DISTRIBUTORS, DEALERS OR INSTALLERS TO MAKE ANY CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY NOR DOES IT AUTHORIZE ANY OF THEM TO ASSUME ON BEHALF OF MARVELOUS MAILBOXES INC. What the customer must do:
The homeowner/consumer upon identifying any manufacturing defect must promptly notify Marvelous Mailboxes in writing and provide proof of the date of purchase. All notifications should be sent to:

The homeowner/consumer will be required to submit at least 3 different photos of various views of the defective product to Marvelous Mailboxes in order to prove the defect exists. In some cases or where a photo is not provided the product must be returned to Marvelous Mailboxes for analysis.
Marvelous Mailboxes upon confirming that a defect exists and that said defect is covered by this warranty will within a reasonable amount of time (45 days or less) repair or provide replacement for the defective material. Marvelous Mailboxes reserves the right to refund the amount paid by the original owner for the defective material, and accessories, per the terms of this warranty but not including the cost of its original installation.
**Prorated time/costs for replacement of product/components:
0-1 year at zero cost to the current home owner
1-2 years at 25% of the current list price
2-3 years at 40% of the current list price
3-5 years at Half of the current list price
Note: Warranty time period begins on the date of invoice or when your credit card was charged of the homeowner/consumer.
Shipping costs are not included.
Installation, removal and repair are not covered under this warranty.
To help extend the life of your mailbox, you will need to occasionally wash it, wax it and lubricate its door hinges, similar as you would maintain your automobile. Stone chips should be promptly repaired with a clear touch up paint, available in the automotive area of your local hardware store.

Q.
Do I have to pay a duty or extra charge for delivery outside of
the United States?
A: Yes. For Canadian and International orders, an additional
charge is required by the Carrier (delivery agent), especially if the item is shipped by UPS, FedEx or DHL. We've not had complaint's about duties when we use the US Postal Service.

How much extra will I have to pay upon delivery of my shipment?
A: The exact amount is unique to each order. The price is
based on destination (location), size of the shipment (based on
weight), and Carrier (delivery agent). Unfortunately, we can not
provide Duty charges for our International shipments.

Q:
What is powder coating?
A: Protective and/or decorative coatings formed by application
of powder to a substrate, after which the powder is fused into a
continuous film by the application or heat or radiant energy. Powder
coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective
finish to a wide range of materials and products that are used by
both industries and consumers. The powder used for the process is
a mixture of finely ground particles of pigment and resin, which
is sprayed onto a surface to be coated. The charged powder particles
adhere to the electrically grounded surfaces until heated and fused
into a smooth coating in a curing oven. The result is a uniform,
durable, high quality, and attractive finish. Powder coating is
the fastest growing finishing technology in North America, representing
well over 10% of all industrial finishing applications.
Environmental
Issues
The process used for powder coating eliminates many problems found
with liquid paint processes. There is negligible, if any emission
of volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs). Liquid painting requires solvents,
and these solvents require proper venting and recovery systems to
control the emissions. The exhaust air from the powder booths is
recycled to the booth, and less oven air is exhausted to the outside,
this makes Powder Coating a safer and cleaner finishing alternative.
Since it is a dry powder excess powder can be reclaimed (up to 98%)
during the process into the recovery systems. All the reclaimed
powder can then be reused, the minimal waste produced can easily,
safely and economically be disposed of. The end result is that powder
coating is far more superior in terms of aesthetics, corrosion protection,
chip and impact resistance, and environmentally friendly.
