You don’t have to be a collector of fire truck memorabilia to fall in love with our 1938 Ford Fire Truck Mailbox.  This retro mailbox will give a warm nostalgic feeling to your home. We have included lots of attention and special details in the construction of it. The body is made out of 7ply exterior BCX pine plywood instead of the standard 5 ply, and has many hand carved details. We didn’t stop there - the hose reels and extinguishers are all hand turned parts and we added brass hand railings.

A protective layer of exterior acrylic paint is sprayed inside and out and then realistic details are added. After the detail painting is done, and the fire truck is finished with multiple coats of exterior polyurethane to ensure that it will withstand the elements for many years to come.
