Military Mailbox: To express one’s own Service as a Veteran of the Armed Forces
There has never been created anything quite like what I have done to a mailbox, especially for the Military and Civil Services. I got the idea when surfing the ‘net looking for a mailbox with a military 'applique’ for my new house. Nothing, not even close. So I then thought what I would like to have on “my” mailbox that would best present my Marine Corps days of duty. I spent a lot of hours finding just the right things to make it really beautiful and durable. Then it dawned on me that I was putting the embellishments together that are worn on the dress uniform. If you stand the box on end, it looked just like the uniform itself. Bingo, got it! So then I designed a mailbox for each of the Branches of Service, as well as for our Firefighters and Law Enforcement. I’m honoring each and every one. Terrific!
These magnificent mailboxes have gone through several design improvements and refinement, the production models have been done, and they are now ready to be your mailboxes and brother, will you be proud! These mailboxes are offered in three different price ranges to fit your budget and taste.
Personalization is offered to make for a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art mailbox for the individual, as well as for any organization, association, or reunion group in the military community. Main requests are for Name/Rank/MOS/Duty Stations/Dates of Service/Units Served In/Personal Awards/Family Member Names, and I have available hundreds of choices of Pins. Also offered are military issue Dog Tags, slotted or regular oval, which can be stamped 15 letters across and five rows down for a great name tag on the front of the mailbox. Or, use the pair that were issued. A Gold Dog Tag will be standard unless otherwise specified. 99% of Request can be accommodated.
To give the mailbox UV protection, I use $300 a gallon automobile clear-coat and the strongest metal glue available on the market so as not to compromise the shell with holes.
