Overview
Free standing! NO HOLE TO DIG! It couldn't be easier to install. You CAN do this yourself! Have the helpers at your home center load the bags of sand into your trunk for you. When you get home, open the bag right there in your trunk. Take a coffee can or scoop and fill the mailbox right out at the street. When it's full, just tip it up and you are done!
Simply tip the mailbox on it's backside. Pull out the floor. Take two 50lb bags of sand and pour into the hollow base. Stand the mailbox up. Snap the floor back in place. Manuver it to it's final location and that is it! Safe and durable.

INSTALLED: Surface mounted! No holes
to dig! Fill hollow pedestal with choice of sand,
gravel, or cement. You will need about 30"
of a relatively flat space and about 100 pounds of sand
or other ballast to "install" this mailbox.
Dry sand or gravel adds about 80 pounds to the
pedestal, wet sand, or cement - 120+ pounds.
