Color Chip Loan Policy. As a convenience to you we offer color chips to assist you with your decision for a $1.00 refundable charge. As far as we know, we are the ONLY mailbox dealer on the internet "loaning" out color chips. We have 10 sets constantly out on loan with a waiting list. Due to folks not returning them in a timely manner, we've had to implement this policy: the color chips need to be returned within 10 working days (two weeks) using the postmark on the box/envelope. If they are not returned, we will be forced to charge your account $20 (the value of the chips) even if you return them late.
